BLACK ELM
The Black Elm is made from English Elm sourced from a mill in West Sussex.
It has a deep character with natural edges. We joined two slabs and filled the middle with Black Resin.
This table is created from a London Plane - a true English Tree. It's crown cut with natural edges and a beautiful light coloured grain.
We found this slab in Yorkshire, acquired from a tree surgeon. It has deep lines of colour and grain, similar to those found in Spalted Beech Trees.
This unique table comes from an English Elm tree that died from Dutch Elm disease. It was rotten and we have filled the rotten areas with deep blue ocean colours. It is a combination of two favourite forces of nature: trees and the ocean.
Our long and figured Brighton Elm was cut down by a local council due to a rotten base and turned into slabs instead of fire wood. We have left the wavy slab natural and find it simple but stunning.

The walnut desk came from a tree that fell down in a storm in Devon in 2019. We left the edges natural and have oiled it to bring out the deep grain. It is a centre cut.
This circular table was purchased from a tree surgeon in Yorkshire. It is a burr with incredible character that could be a corner or out side table for five people.
